Information for poster
presentations
Poster boards are large enough to take A0
size (841x1189mm) portrait posters. If you already have a poster that
does not fit these dimensions such as an A0 landscape poster, please
let us know as we will try to accommodate your poster by ordering an
extra board.
Posters will be displayed throughout the
conference in the registration area. Velcro or pins to secure posters to the boards will be
provided at the registration desk.
Information
for oral presentations
We have allocated 30 minute slots for the presentations. Aim for a 25 minute
talk to allow 5 minutes for questions.
Standard formats such as powerpoint or pdf will be accommodated by the
computer in the lecture theatre. Please let us know if you need an overhead projector or have any other requests for your presentation.
